Sept. 2003, Amoi established its subsidiary in the United States, Amoi Electronics, Inc. (Hereinafter AEI), in City of Industry, California, which has become Amoi's marketing frontline in the United States.
AEI is responsible for Amoi branding in America, new business development, sales channels establishment & management, sales & marketing, customer services & technical support, logistics & distribution, etc. of wireless phones, LCD & DLP televisions, and notebook PCs.
AEI has set up different strategies and marketing plans for various product categories.
In 2004, AEI successfully penetrated into N. American GSM/GPRS wireless phone market through "indirect" (non-subsidized by carriers) channels; and it plans to enhance this presence as well as sales volume in N. American market while expand to Latin Americas in 2005. However, the most important target for AEI is to approach carrier accounts with Amoi UMTS, EV-DO, EDGE, and PDA as well as smart phones and all those high-end wireless phones.
Besides wireless phones, AEI is also studying and establishing the specified channels for other product lines such as LCD television, and notebook PCs.

Founded on 22 Dec. 2002, Amoi Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd is located Blk 4010,Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, Techplace I, #04-06, Singapore (569626), with a total capital of SGD 991,666.00.
As one of the subsidiary companies of Amoi Electronics Co., Ltd., we have always been sticking to the 3C strategy and engaged in the production of diversified 3C products, including mobile phones, LCD TVs, DLP TVs, and Notebook PCs.
Since coming into existence, Amoi (Singapore) has been diligent in exploiting the market of South East Asia. At present, we have established favorable cooperation relationships with several local sound agents and achieved great success in both South East Asia and Middle East market.
The sale of Amoi (Singapore) 2004 reached SGD 9.39 million (equivalent to USD 5.69 million), with a gross profit growth rate of 8.78%, and the net profit before tax up to SGD 495 thousand.
